Hi,
Would like to try and harvest some commercial beer yeasts. I live in central vancouver island, and there doesn't seem to be a great selection to choose from at the local liquor/beer stores. There is a Saltspring Island brew that is unpasteurized/unfiltered, so i think that might be a good candidate to try. I do not know if it is bottled conditioned, or not.
Has anybody out there had any experience with this particular brew?
