Working with an investor who is interested in opening a brewpub here in town. I would appreciate any recommendations for resources in learning the technical aspects of small-scale commercial brewing, such as, what is the typical output of a small-scale brewpub? is it in the 100's or 1000's of gallons per batch? Are there some better known equipment providers that deserve special consideration? any websites to start the ball rolling would be most helpful, thank you.
