Had some left overs so wanted to try something different. IPA with Pilsner as a base.

Mash at 68C for 60 mins. Sparge 80C.
19L
OG 1.064
WLP 001

All Weyermann grains
Pilsner 4.5kg
CaraAmber .45kg
Munich Light .35kg
Carapils .35 kg

Pellets
Amarillo 28g at 45 mins
Cascade 28g at 30 mins
Willamette 28g at 15 mins
Cascade 28g at 5 mins
Whole leaf dry hop for 5 days
Centennial 28g dry hop
Citra 28g dry hops

I went with a 60 min boil rather than 90 mins cause I was lazy and keep reading different opinions about boil time for Pilsner.

It's fermenting now so no ideas about how it'll taste.
Any comments?

Looks good! Pilsner definitely works well as a base for an Pale Ale/IPA.

My 2cents is: definitely don't use Amarillo as a 60 minute addition. It is much, much more useful as a late addition. I'd use a cheaper less interesting hop for bittering, like maybe one of those Cascades.
I'd also ditch the 15 minute addition of Willamette (low AA% hops will get "lost" among all those big hops) and move the 30 adn of Cascade to maybe 10 mins. or even 5.

Just checked my notes and noticed the Amarillo was actually a 45 min addition. It was actually supposed to be a 28g Northern Brewer addition at 60 mins. I changed it now! Nothing was added at 60 mins. Whoops. Maybe one too many today!

I agree with Jon - citra, especially, tends to dominate late additions. Willamette tends to be more subtle. Bring Amarillo into the late mix. It will not affect flavor(much) or aroma at 60.

Northern Brewer is an excellent bittering hop.

Still, Amarillo at 45 is pretty much a bittering addition. Amarillo is much better used as a very late addition - like 5 mins or flameout.

Yeah. That's a good point.
I made the recipe to use NB and then didn't follow it! It's already in the fermenter! Need to pay more attention!
