Cold crash question

So I was cold crashing in my fermentation chamber that can only hold one carboy. Had to take it out to put a batch that is fermenting because the temp got way to high. Any issues with letting the cold crash batch come up to room temp before kegging? I wouldn't think so but was wondering.

As long as you don't shake it up when moving you are ok.
