If I do a cold crash at 38*F for 3 days prior to bottling will there be enough yeast left in suspension to carbonate?

Again, yes. This question gets asked a lot. To put things into perspective, I've had a sealed PET container of finished but un-carbonated beer sitting in my cold garage for 10 weeks. I racked it on top of some fruit yesterday, and it was fermenting by the morning.
