Hello,
I recently won a little homebrew competition prize for my creativity, so I'm jumping back in feet first.
I'm kind of thinking about attempting a Cosmopolitan cocktail inspired homebrew, which would include orange, lime, and cranberry flavors. I want it to be light and refreshing, but I'm a little concerned about one or more fruits being too much/too little.
My malt bill would be light and simple, I'm thinking I might try getting my orange "tripel sec" flavors from Amarillo hops and bitter orange peel, and adding lime at burnout. The frozen cranberries would be added during secondary.
Any thoughts on this? Experience brewing with more than one fruit flavor?
Thanks!
