Jokes on a side when my pipeline gets big enough, and I mean not less than 200 gallons of beer ready to be drink I may try a cock ale, I have a friend that haves a farm and a couple of old rosters that been feed with organic food (and my spent grain) I told this buddy about the cock ale and he is thrill willing to donate a roster and the grain to brew it. I may do this for research purposes only but I really doubt about the quality of the finished product.

I have a cock old ale but I prefer to watch other people drink it and have never actually tried it myself.
