So I have a micromatic regulator and I'm not sure if it is reading incorrectly. I had it set to 12psi at 40f set and forget and beer was under-carbed/little head. I upped it to 15psi and it seems better now, I'm thinking 17psi would be about perfect. I have short lines (5' feet) so I'm getting alot of foam, I plan on picking up 10-12' lines next time i hit the lhbs. It seems to me that my regulator is reading wrong as 17psi seems like way too much.

You are losing a far amount of carbonation due to the foaming. Once you have the longer lines installed, you can re-evaluate.

I just put on an 11 foot line and it does seem better I am still at 15psi.
