Any luck getting your tank filled?

I haven't had a chance to get my own refilled, but I did loan one of my friend's spare tanks for the time being. (He works @ Twin Lakes)

Just had my 10lb cyl. Filled at Roberts oxygen in Seaford, DE. $21.35.
The local HOMEBREW store wanted $40.00.
