I'm guessing this has been asked but can't find a thread on the subject...

Due to one too many kegs of beer for the holidays I find myself out of space in my kegerator, with one more keg to have servable. I can put the keg in my chest freezer which I normally use for fermenting and lagering, but it isn't drilled or ready for CO2 hookup.

I figured I would put the CO2 bottle into the freezer with the beer @ 35F but just want to make sure there won't be any problems or set pressures any different than normal.

Shouldn't be any problems. The input pressure gauge will be wrong (because the vapor pressure of liquid CO2 drops with temperature), but you don't need to change the output pressure. If you can avoid getting too much condensation in the pressure regulator as it cools down, that would be good.
