co2 and beer line management?

Just finishing up a side by side keezer / dual zone fermentation chamber build and I am left with loose gas and beer lines in the freezer.

Seems like I have seen somewhere a management system that you could basically just push the tubes in and they would space out the lines so you could flatten along the freezer wall.

Has anyone seen anything like this or is using something similar?
