Well we have our annual club wort day next weekend July 20th here in Aitkin, Mn.
What is sad is only a few people have said they are coming. It is free, take home a jug or a bucket or two of sweet wort, all you have to do is show up in the morning with a container.
With have not decided on a recipe yet, two years ago a cream ale, last year a Marzen (octoberfest style) which turned out well and I served at our Harvest Moon Brewfest last year.
