Just put my first batch in the closet yesterday, saw the evidence of fermentation this morning, and totaly psyched! Even though i f@#%ed it up, yielding a gallon less than was supposed to.
 
Welcome! 4 gallons of homebrew is waaaay better than no gallons. :mug:
 
Welcome Aboard!! I moved from the Cleveland area to AZ in 96 but still miss the green summers (except the humidity). This is a fun hobby!! Addictive too!!

Don't know if your a Buckeyes fan but I'm going to the Fiesta Bowl game on Monday!! :ban:

I'm guessing you will have 4 gallons a little stronger than intended. It will still make good beer.

welcome.....just bottled my 1st batch today....super excited.

try the apfelwine recipe for something different.....put 5 gallons of that into ferment today and its real simple to brew!!!
