Any issue? I have a four gallon batch that I fermented with WLP775. Off topic, but really love this yeast. OG=1.055 - FG= 1.002.

Anyhow, racked it off the yeast and on top of 4lbs of fresh peaches. Was extremely clear but becoming cloudy. Love what it does to my beer - does gelatin work well with cider?

Did you treat the peaches with pectinase? If not you might have pectin haze, which I understand gelatin won't work on. But if it's just starting to get hazy shortly after you racked it, then it might just be yeast multiplication. After all, you just added a new source of sugar for fermentation to start again. Give it a couple more weeks.
But to answer your question, I have used gelatin with cider and it does help.

It may clear by itself if you give it some time. If you insist on using gelatin, try it with one gallon of your cider and see if the flavor is impacted.

Didn't treat with pectinase, but thanks for the tip!!!! Will do that next time. Yep, definitely have a mild secondary fermentation going. But, with the amount of peaches I added, I should get the result I'm looking for. Just looking to get clear cider. Thanks, gonna try the gelatin.
