Clearing/Cellaring in the secondary

Looking to setup a fridge for secondary storage for clearing the beer at a consistent temp, but need to keep the temp high enough to have some active yeast for carbonating in the bottle.

At what temp will the ale yeast die off?
 
I don't think you'll ever kill the yeast off unless it's a super high alcohol beer and you cellar for like 6-12 months.

At worst, you could just pitch a pack of us-05 at the time of bottling.
