Hello,
I added 1tsp of Irish Moss at 50min of the boil.
I was happy to see flock in the hydrometer post boil and the beer was really clearing.

Now after fermentation my beer is really cloudy.

I'm confused why the beer is cloudy and is there something I can add to clear?

Wait, you added the clearing agent 10 min into the boil? I believe you’re supposed to add the clearing agent with like 5 or 10 min left in the boil.
 
Carrageenan added late in the boil will be pretty much used up dropping break material.
Then you introduce yeast which widely disperses and mixes in some byproducts.
Irish moss isn't going to have much if any effect at that point, so a post-fermentation clearing regimen applies.
Cold crashing will drop the bulk of what's swimming around your beer, and cold conditioning will drop virtually everything else, but that takes time.
Following a cold crash with gelatin or one of the other commercial clarifiers dramatically speeds up clarification...

It ~30 degrees outside so I might place the fermenter outside and let it cool.

How long has the beer been in the fermenter? The yeast activity will stir everything up and the beer is super cloudy. When the fermentation is over, the activity stops and the suspended material starts to settle but that material is so close to the density of water that it takes time to settle out. I expect my beer to be pretty clear in 2 weeks, better in 3 to 4 weeks. Sometimes it is cloudy on bottling but within a few days it clears.

Cold crashing speeds up the settling and adding gelatin or Polyclar will help too, especially in combination with cold crashing.
 
just to be certain - you do mix the gelatin powder with sanitized water prior to adding to your keg/carboy/etc ... but there's no need to mix the solution when adding it to your keg/carboy/etc ...
