I have been brewing for a while now. Switched from all extracts to partial mash last year and never going back. I found my beer took a little longer to clear now, but i've built patience. I just have a question tho.

I tried to go fast before with an americal Ale and failed miserably thinking I could let it clear in the keg, what hapenned then was that the yeasts settled ar the bottom of my keg and when I poured it mixed. I thought it´d go away after a few pours but it lasted forever.

I have a california steam that´s been sitting in the carboy for about a week now. It´s not perfectly clear but I'd say it´s 80% clear. How about racking now? I'm asking ´cause my kegs are all out. On a good note : when the kegs go down fast it means summer is finaly here.

No ´cause i could taste it... Taste of somewhat buttery salty bread weirdness pretty much like when you take a sip from the primary fermenter stuff before transfering to carboy after fermentation JUST stopped (3 to 4 days)

Like I said i was very fast with my mistake, ad soon as OG was in the right estimated range, i racked.

Is it hard to clean? ´cause i love how pbw rarely requires any scrubbing at all.

I saw people filtering their beer with home hardware 5micron filters... I was thinking about going for it but I'm scared it will oxydise the beer when i want to age it a while.

Yeah, don't bother. Just be careful racking after cold crashing for a few days, and use gelatin in the keg. It'll be crystal clear. Use whirlfoc in your boil if you want too.
