My new system is 1.5 tri clamps thoughout. What is the proper cleaning method with TCs? Can I just CIP by pumping cleaning solution and rinsing or is complete disassembly required after each use?

Whats your heat exchanger setup? Working on a full scale brewery every day i don't have to pull anything apart besides transfer hose. That being said, if you have bottlenecks (nooks and crannies) in your system things will tend to build up even with a proper cip routine. Generally you should take anything apart post heat exchanger and clean thoroughly and of course give your heatex a thorough cip as well besides that, you should be fine with a quick rinse, drain and dry. But a good soak/cip never hurts. Your nose is your best friend though use it well :)
