Cleaning some beat old kegs

I am buying these from a guy on craigslist and they are beat - but cheap...
So i have used PBW on the inside of some old kegs and it works great, and i also know the outside doesn't matter, but...

What tricks do you guys have for cleaning up kegs that look this bad on the outside?

Look on this forum on how to disassemble and clean ALL parts, thoroughly. A PITA, but a wasted batch is an expensive PITA.

Be sure to label parts, as they may not be interchangeable.

Thanks - yes I do know how to disassmeble - just wondering if there is a secret to cleaning the old stainless so they look at litte presentable?

I found that they had a lot of sticky stuff on the outside, which is probably a mix of spilled soda and stickers. Goof off did a pretty good job getting that off. I hit them with some Bar Keepers Friend Cleaner and Polish and got them a lot nicer than they were. Or you could go all out and give them the Bobby M treatment.
