hi-
I’m having a heck of time getting clean my lines I use for blow off, transfers, etc. I’ve tried pbw and starsan and they still come out sticky and gross looking.

Any recommendations? At this point I don’t want to risk infection so I just buy new ones.

Thanks

Clean them good and don't let them dry with starsan on them, when starsan dries it leaves a sticky film. I used to use a long handle brush and would clean from either end. Now I just replace them when they don't come clean with a hot soak and good rinse.

I didn’t realize starsan would leave a sticky film. I assumed that was dried sugars I was feeling but sounds like it isn’t. Thanks for the suggestion
