I'm trying to put together a recipe with what I have on hand. Here's what I have -
Grain
25# - german pilsner
8# - munich
1# - caramunich
.5# - aromatic
1# - crystal 10
1# - carafa II

Hops
2 oz Northern Brewer
3 oz Tettnang
.75 oz Hallertau
5 oz Cascade
2 oz Columbus
1 oz Amarillo

Yeast - Nottingham ale slurry from an APA that is fermenting now

I was thinking of a Vienna-like amber ale, fermenting with the Nottingham at 55 degrees.

The other thought I had was an IPA with munich, pilsner, and crystal 10 (or maybe caramunich) with cascade, amarillo and columbus hops.

Here's what I have put together for the Vienna option. Suggestions please? I would appreciate comments on the Vienna recipe or any other ideas of what I could make with the stuff I have. Thanks.
