I was brewing a couple batches I beer this weekend and had some odds and end grains and hop and some yeast that I save from my IPA I just racked into secondary. With thought how cool would it be to do a "garbage brew" and throw whatever we had laying around. While entering the ingredients into beer smith it's kind of shaping into a wheat IPA.

The recipe is:
3.3# muttons wheat LME
5oz honey malt
7oz aromatic malt
7.5oz biscuit malt
8oz crystal 80L
5oz flaked barley

.5oz challenger 60min
.5oz challenger 30min
.5oz east kent golding 15min
.5oz citra 15min
.5oz citra 0min

Yeast wyeast 1217 from a previous batch

I did not mention this will be a 3 gallon batch.

Estimates abv. 4.17% 88ibu 15.9srm

I've done "Leftover" beers before. The last one I made ended up being so good it got moved into the rotation of regular brews.
