Ok, so last wednesday was our first brew with our new keggle. I cleaned it very well with PBW before our first brew. After the brew, i also cleaned it with the PBW and flushed it through the ball valve setup. My question is: do you disassemble your ballvalves and couplings after every brew? I thought i read somewhere that someone only does a full breakdown of the equipment like once a year. Let me know your thoughts, as well as how much PBW do you use and your best procedures for cleaning with it. I think my LHBS owner said a tablespoon/gallon? Nothing noted on the packaging.

Thanks!

Chris
