So I am generally new to homebrewing and am not sure how to classify my first home creation. If you guys could help me out in any way that would be greatly appreciated.

Ingredients:
3 lbs Honey Wheat
3 lbs Light LME
2 lbs Victory Malt
2 lbs Crystal 20L
1 lb Carapils
1 oz UK Kent Goulding hops
1/2 UK Challenger hops

Steeped @ 150 F for 1 hour
30 mins- Honey Wheat
30 mins- Carapils
Removed both
30 mins- Victory Malt
30 mins- Crystal 20L

Brought to boil and added LME and hops.
let hops boil for 1 hour. 1 1/2 oz mixture of hops.

pitched Wyeast 1028 "london ale"

wort has an OG of 1.041 and a dark reddish-brown color

Any help is appreciated.
Cheers:mug:

The best way to classify a beer by what its tastes like, regardless of the recipe. From the recipe, I would suspect that this might sort of taste like an English Mild.
