I plan to brew this this weekend and was wondering what your thoughts were. I thought I would try first wort hopping and I adjusted the IBU to be the same as for a 20 min addition. Was this the way to go? I also added the dextrine malt because I listened to the Jamil show on CAPs and and he suggested using pilsner malt but I already have a sack of 2-row I was planning on using. I don't imagine I will get much in the way of flavour but it I thought it would add to the head of the beer. Is this a necessary addition?
