So, if I'm making a starter for a big Belgian being treated with clarity ferm, do I throw some clarity ferm in the starter as well?
 
Assuming volume in ferm is < 6 gallons....

Nope. Just pitch a full tube in wort, agitate then pitch your yeast!

If the enzyme is active in your main batch, it'll chew up whatever gluten you add via starter.
