I saw this video that explains how to clarify the beer using edible gelatin,

[ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2aExs2j1s3E[/ame]

I have a few doubts about this :pipe:
1. The beer if I cool it up to 1 degree, the yeast dies and the second fermentation in the bottle I need to put more yeast, no?
2.Using edible gelatin, I reduce too much yeast cells to ferment in the bottle? because I saw that the video refers to the use of kegs.

Dude, search function-
1. Gelatin works
2. plenty of yeast left for bottle conditioning

Agreed-it works. I've used cold crashing, following by gelatin on pretty much every batch I've done in the past 2+ years. I bottle and have never had an issue with a batch not carbonating. If you have any issues with less-than-clear beer, cold crashing and gelatin will solve that.
