Oh no! The last I heard he was "improving" and they were "hopeful". This is sad news indeed.
I last saw him in 2008. What a talent! And a big man, in every sense. He will be missed.

Nobody blew it like CC. How could not recognize his sound on all of those songs?? The music industry is missing another great performer. Got his duet with Jackson Brown in my head right now. Just kicking into the sax solo....
