Certainly doesn't look like any piece of beer equipment that I have ever seen...I must be beering wrong.

Based on the title (and the power cord to the side), my guess would be some kind of hop oast, with the dial on the front to set drying time, but not sure what the drawer on bottom would be.

Maybe it's a grain mill? Put the whole grain in the top and they come out milled into the drawer?
