Not sure what this white residue is inside my carboy. Pbw and star san used before fermentation.

The carboy with Scottish ale next to it is with these markings. ImageUploadedByHome Brew1415478482.433358.jpg
 
Oh? In the secondary? Winder why I have never seen it before. Winder if I did something different.
