Cinnamon apple wine?

I was wondering as christmas is coming and I got apple wine coming too if I would be able to add cinnamon to the wine making it more christmasy wine?
Or is there some bad tannins that are going to ruin my christmas and blind people who drinks it? Thanks in advance.

Of course. And nutmeg too. Use whole spices, not powdered.

Any tips on how much should be used? I have 25 liters (6,6 gallons) of fermenting wine right now.

start small, you can always add more. check often to be sure you don't over do it.

Might be what you are looking for, although it doesn't taste much like wine. The cinnamon version reminds me very much of a christmas drink.

When I make cider I add 2 sticks of good fresh cinnamon, like said above don't use ground
