I thought I vanquished the FOMO burden when I dropped out of Round 5 but am still getting emails with the details for Round 6. I went to the site and can add a 2 bottle allotment to my cart. Da fuq? Anyone else running into a similar situation? I mean there's no rumor or promise of a future bottle that will drag me back into this but I'm certainly curious as to why the system appears to let a former member back in.

I think it is a bug, but maybe they give preference to former members before the new ones

Cigar City's website not working right? Nah... Never heard of such a thing...
 
Well the crack IT team at CCB is at it again. Apparently there was a link open on the website so anyone could just sign up and pay for an El Cat membership through their online store. It has now been announced on their social media sites that this was indeed an error and anyone who purchased these memberships will have their money refunded. :rolleyes:

This last edition certainly didn't help. Good Gourd and Gates of Hell were straight up bad, the licorice root and pecan beers were okay, zhukov was the only one worth 30 bucks. I'm giving it one more go but if I get another ******* pumpkin beer I'm out.

My buddy and I cracked a Floridablanca. We both liked it, but couldn't justify finishing the 750 between ourselves. It was at that time we agreed that we would take some of these at $20 500mls.. except of course the killer BA stouts and porters :D
