Mine didn't work at first either. A couple of suggestions:
- try using all lowercase letters for your last name
- if your zip begins with 0, drop the 0 and use only the last 4 digits (this one worked for me)

Tried several similar combinations with no luck. Sent them an email though.

My guess is they won't be announcing anything about bottles to avoid over promising in case something goes wrong with a particular beer.
