Is there any chance that cider treated with potassium sorbate could ferment? I have about 10 gal that I got for free and don't want it all to go to waste.

Divided into two 5 gallon batches, each batch with a yeast starter made (Lalvin EC-1118 is an aggressive yeast), and each batch with an appropriate amount of yeast energizer and yeast nutrient, I believe you can overcome the sorbate issue.
