Dare To Pear?

Greetings, brewers, new member here looking to start making pear (turbo) cider. Know about Knudssens, and getting bulk 5h bags from Fierce Fruit, but for first attempt was going to try regular store-brand walmart pear juice. Does not appear to contain potassium sorbate, but won't let me post a photo. Anyone have any experience with it?

As long as it says 100% juice, and lists ingredients as pear juice, water, and ascorbic acid (and nothing else, especially sulfates), it will be ok. Just make sure to add some wine tannin to the perry.
