I made a batch of cider, all was going well, it cleared nicely but I wasn't able to bottle right away. It has been aging in a glass carboy for 5 or 6 weeks, and now has clouded up.There are a few small bubbles on the surface but no mold that I can see. Is it salvageable or a lost cause? thanks

The only way to tell if its still good is to taste it. If it tastes good, clarify or bottle as is.

Secondary fermentation or malic lactic conversion? Happen to me when I let it age over the summer when it’s warmer.
