I just took my cider off the trub and into the secondary, it was the caramel apple cider recipe that everyone on here has been loving. Anyways, it was still fermenting slowly but it was getting a little low so I took it off before it was done. Any god recipes for for this yeast? I used the nottingham and was wondering what else this would go well with
