Cider Recipe Request

Hi, I just finished racking my first batch of cider and i was wondering if anybody had any good cider recipes? I know there are SO many juices and experiments to be had but I'm not sure where to start.

I'm looking for a 5-6% mostly dry, semi-sweet cider but with lots of flavor. I know everybody on this site has years of experience and tons of recipes but i would appreciate just a few starters

I wanted to make a couple good balanced ciders then try for some higher ABV stuff later, apple wine... so any good starting points would be greatly appreciated! THX!

P.S. If anybody could suggest some good books too that would be cool.

Just an FYI, "mostly dry" and "semi-sweet" are a contradiction of terms.

A short guide to how Wine is classed (and i'm sure cider can be classified the same way):
Dry: a specific gravity of 1.002 or less.
Semi Sweet or "Demi Sec": 1.003 to 1.010
Sweet: 1.010 to 1.025
Desert Wine (Very sweet): 1.025 and up.

I have yet to find a dry cider with lots of flavor. Maybe this means that I haven't found one yet, or maybe this means that my pallet sucks.
