Hello all. I have a 5 gallon batch of hard cider that has been sitting in a carboy fermenting for one year. Did a small taste test and so far have not died lol, thank god. From here what are my option? If I would like a sweeter taste what do I do? If I want a drier taste what do I do? If I want it sparkling what do I do? If I want is still what do I do? My apologies for all the stupid questions but this is how we learn right? Thank you in advance for any help.
