So I got a little impatient with my cider and raised it from ferm temp a little too soon. It developed a slight sulphur funk, but no detectable taste. I carbed it in a keg and it's been sitting in there for about a month or so.

Is there anything I can do to alleviate the funky smell? I was considering just purging the keg and decarbonating the cider by shaking it until it was mostly flat, and then recarbing it. Would this do anything?

I've heard the a few purges will usually remove the sulphur smell, try having a search on the forums. There was a thread here a few weeks ago on it too (I would link but I'm at work and on my phone!)
