Depends on the week/day, seriously. The owner of Churchill's keeps all the bottles at his house and he brings them into the pub. From what I understand talking to the employees, the owner does this somewhat randomly and he only brings a certain amount each week/month. I've heard it's easier to get bottles in the months following the release versus later in the year, but i can't speak to if that's true or not. BUT there was more CFH made this year than previous years so hopefully it'll be easier for others to get bottles of on-site consumption.During the rest of the year, how difficult is it to order a CFH for onsite?
Thanks for the feedback. I've never noticed it on their online bottle list so I wasn't sure what the deal was. Hopefully we'll be there on the right day.Depends on the week/day, seriously. It's not advertised as for sale on-site and you can try calling ahead and asking to have a bottle on site, can't hurt, right? Thanks for the feedback. I've never noticed it on their online bottle list so I wasn't sure what the deal was. Hopefully we'll be there on the right day.
When are you coming to SD? I can talk with the staff and put in the good word and try to make sure some bottles will be on-site during your stay. Thanks for the feedback. I've never noticed it on their online bottle list so I wasn't sure what the deal was. Hopefully we'll be there on the right day.
Wow - for real? We'll be there in April from the 24th to the 30th. Don't bother if it's too much of a hassle though. I know there's plenty of other gems to be had there. When are you coming to SD? Meh, not a problem. Like I said before, since you're coming a little less than 2 months after the release hopefully it isn't a problem. But there's a few of us on this site who go there regularly that we can nag the staff to get some bottles there, haha.Wow - for real? We'll be there in April from the 24th to the 30th. Looks like I'll most likely be passing.Just curious, how many people on this site will be attending the CFH release?? I know I'll be there...would be cool to get a TB group together/meet new people.
You will be missed. Will pour out some CFH '14 in your honorLooks like I'll most likely be passing.
Will text for updates in the afternoon and see if it's possible to slide inside for one round of Lil Opal or something, mainly to see friends, but work until 2am Saturday then have work at 6pm Saturday. You will be missed. Will pour out some CFH '14 in your honor
for every 1 veteran that is thinking of sitting out because of the weather there are 10 more "how many IBU's in this beer" eagerly taking their place. The fact that people are getting cold feet because it might rain that day () is further proof that I should move to San Diego.
I'm just jealous that bad weather is actually a reason to change plans in SD. We get shat on so often that it becomes business as usual. I want to experience not getting shat on.for every 1 veteran that is thinking of sitting out because of the weather there are 10 more "how many IBU's in this beer" eagerly taking their place.

srs, told someone at work yesterday that the line for CFH was going to start friday morning just to get into the bar to spend the entire day eating/drinking just to get first wristbands for line at closing, and that staff would pay attention.
Had to fight hard to not laugh when he mentioned doing this to trade CFH for walez like rare and DBH.
Is there room in your organization for sub-commissioner of Beer is the Worst?
Sweeeeet, myself Alucard4 and his brother will all be in line as well. Camping chairs, ponchos and cards against humanity in-towWill be attending fasho along with JonathanAmes SocalKicks & amk ?. Not worried about the rain. Would love to meet some other TBers
Yes. I think that trade would get done fairly easily.Do you think I could get a 4 pack of BCBS with a pair of CFH?
