Steep Malt to 170F
Galena @ Boil Start
Add Extract @ 30 Min
Add Cascade @ 15 Min
Add Honey @ Flame Out

Cool covered, Rehydrated Yeast w/ 2 oz 80F H20, Pitched into 74F Wort.
14 Days Primary, airlock activity stopped at 1.012 around day 8, Fermentation temp low (68F), Raised temp to 74F, roused yeast.
Gravity continued to drop until day 5, recieved 3rd consecutive 1.009 reading, Racked to bottling bucket with 4.75oz Corn Sugar and .5oz Honey.
Bottle Conditioned for 3 weeks.
