On one hand, I think that as a B grade actor he should be happy for the publicity. And he was when it was all just internet lore.

Now, they make a book capitalizing on his persona, and they'll make money on it. I think he has a legitimate case here....but in the end, he'll still remain "Chuck Norris: B Grade Actor."
