Hey, just looking for a critique. I want a real Piney and Warm IPA for Christmas. This is what I have planned.

Batch size: 5 gal
Boil volume: 7 gal
Estimated OG: 1.067
Estimated color: 6.7 srm
Estimated IBU: 70.4
Estimated efficiency: 70%
Boil time: 60

Ingredients

3.00 lb 6-row (22.8%)
3.00 lb Maris Otter (22.8%)
0.25 lb Vienna (1.9%)
0.25 lb Munich (1.9%)
0.25 lb Rye 60 (1.9%)
0.25 lb Red Wheat (1.9%)
0.16 lb Crystal 60 (1.2%)
0.50 oz Northern Brewer 9.9% (60)
0.50 oz Chinook 11.6% (45)
0.25 oz Northern Brewer 9.9% (15)
0.50 oz Chinook 11.6% (13)
0.50 oz Simcoe 14.4% whole cone (13)
0.25 oz Northern Brewer 9.9% (6)
0.50 oz Simcoe 14.1% whole cone (6)
1.00 oz Chinook 11.6% (1)
1.00 oz Simcoe 14.1% whole cone (1)
2.00 oz Simcoe whole cone Dry hop
1 Whirlfoc
1 tsp Gypsum
2 pkgs Nottingham

Mash at 1.33 qt/lb @149 for 60 minutes. Add 1 gal boiling mash out for 10min and lauter. Single batch sparge 3.25 gallons@ 180 for 15min. (dennybrew method). Grain crush of 0.35.
 
I know this is an old thread, but I'm interested to know how this turned out... Been thinking about doing something like this for this Christmas.
