Okay it's probably a little weird to start a spiced christmas ale now but I'm living in the south of brazil so for me winter is coming.
I've a list of ingredients and would like people's option on what way to use them. Probably not the prefect ingredients but hey let have fun!;

2.5kg pilsner malt
2 kg maris otter
0.5kg caramünch i
0.5kg carabelge
0.25kg honey
Oats
Saaz hops
Safale 05 Yeast
Cinammin
Fresh Ginger
Nutmeg
Orange
Lime
Maybe brown sugar to carbonate.

This is a 20 litre batch that I'll make. All opinions are welcome and thanks in advance for everybody's help.

Grains look good but you may be overdoing the spices. Pick two or three or the flavor may get muddled. I would go with ginger, cinnamon and orange peel. An ounce each of ginger and orange peel for the last 5-10 min of the boil and 2 or 3 cinnamon stocks broken up, soaked in vodka and added to the fermenter after fermentation has finished. You could also add another ounce of orange peel to that vodka mix. I would also go with a "less clean" yeast like S-04 or Notty for a maltier profile.

The weights look fine (once I converted the metric in my head). I'm not familiar with carabelge but I likethe caramunich and that you're using MO with the pilsner. You'll want to do a 2 step mash with the pilsner. I'm also assuming the "honey" is honey malt. You could throw in .25-.5 kg oats if you want.
