Hello interbeerbros:
I know it's a bit late to start, but I was thinking of planting some hops for next year.
I figure I may as well plant two varieties, one bittering, one aroma.
How about Cascade/Centennial?
These will be largely decorative (convinced my mother to plant them as vines :ban: ) but I'd like to be able to use them broadly. I guess amber ales will be the bulk of my brewing though. What's more important is probably that they complement each other well.
Thoughts?

Thanks!

Along the same lines (not to piggy back or highjack the thread) where is a good place to get affordable rhizomes this time of year?
