im interested in making a chocolate pretzel beer, anyone have any ideas how to get that pretzel flavor in the beer,,,,, maybe sourdour pretzel in mash? any ideas?
 
I have heard of people throwing pretzels in the mash and adding a tsp of salt to the boil.
 
Hmmm I can try that maybe some biscuit malt also for some bread flavor
