I have been searching all around for a good COS recipe, however I don't know which one to trust. I'm an all grain brewer. I want something nice and smooth, but want a dominate, but not too overpowering chocolate flavor. Something I can drink a few of in a sitting. Thank you any help will be much appreciated!

Please use the search function, and you will find many recipes with critiques available from multiple brewers. We all have a different level of what we think of an ingredient: one brewer says too much, another says not enough. Is there a particular beer you are trying to copy? Look for a clone recipe. Happy brewing!

Thank you for your response. I will check out the different threads and see if I can find a recipe that everyone seems to enjoy!

I noticed that you have a Tripe Chocolate Stout aging. Have you brewed that before? If so how was it, and would have a recipe on that? Thanks!
