Where the hell is the pancake you ask? Well, my wife makes these slamming chocolate chip pumpkin pancakes so I have simply decided to go ahead and make this with the hope that the bisquit malt can somehow find its way through the brown and other dark malts to bread it up a bit. This baby looks so dark and delicious. It had so much chocolate flavor before pitching yeast that I am hesitant to add my intended addition of 4oz of nibs to the secondary. Any opinions or suggestions are so more than welcome.

Oh yeah, ended up with a slightly higher OG than BeerSmith suggested and I couldn't add the pumpkin to the bill so it got a tad hairy when we missed out strike badly but it all worked out so far. Seemed to lose about an extra half gallon in the cooling process too, guessing due to the fact that it was 98 degrees out.
