My favorite chili seasoning. It is a cross local blend of flavors between Cincinnati and Texas. Use it at 1 - 2 tablespoons per pound of beef with an equal amount of plane jane chili powder (all to taste of course). My chili recipe calls for corn, black beans, tomatoes, and diced beef (I know... Lets not get into it).

Chili Seasoning

6 g. Cloves ground
10 g. Allspice ground
15 g. Black pepper ground
15 g. Cumin ground
30 g. Chipotle powder
35 g. Cinnamon ground
45 g. Paprika
45 g. Cocoa powder
80 g. Brown sugar
80 g. Kosher salt

Sorry about the scale measurements, that is just the way I wrote the recipe. I do not know the volumetric equivalents.
